The Colburn National Foundation provides a source of hope and assistance in the lives of young people and their families.

"...The bike for our daughter,
Lauren, enables her to interact with her peers...and provides her with a feeling of confidence and independence."

Helping children with disabilities and
their families

The Colburn Foundation’s goal is to assist children with disabilities up to and including age 21 and their families through direct support or supporting organizations. We are particularly interested in assisting young people disabled by birth related traumas, neurological impairments, musculoskeletal disorders, acquired brain injury, congenital anomalies, and metabolic & growth disorders.

The primary geographic focus of the Foundation is within a 50-mile radius of Saratoga Springs, New York, although the Board of Directors may determine, from time to time, to assist children, young adults, and their families outside of that area as need requires and financial resources allow.
